Spirit Protocol
The imndy Spiritual Protocol: Why Meaning Is a Longevity Practice
Longevity without meaning is just a longer calendar. Spiritual health at imndy means practice: gratitude, humility, service, and a sense that your days are for something.
I’m not handing you a denomination. Bring your tradition — or honest seeking — and practice.
1. Daily quiet
Five to twenty minutes. Prayer, meditation, or silent sit. Consistency over intensity.
2. Gratitude reps
Name three concrete things. Write them if you can. Specifics beat vague positivity.
3. Embodied practice
Yoga and breath from the Physical Protocol double as spiritual maintenance for many people. The body is not separate from the spirit.
4. Service
Encourage someone in Community Wins. Spiritual health shows up in how we treat others — especially after 50, when we’ve got wisdom to give.
5. Sabbath-ish boundaries
Protect one block of non-hustle time weekly. Rest is not laziness; it’s part of staying not dead yet.
